RM-MultiStore
RM-MultiStore is an easy to use head office data aggregation tool that allows retailers with multiple stores using MYOB RetailManager to send data from each store back to one or more head offices. Ideally suited to small to medium enterprises, RM-MultiStore is Wide Area Network software which uses the Internet for communication and therefore is inexpensive to operate, gives you a single point of control, and best of all it works seamlessly with MYOB RetailManager.
New features to version 4.2.8 include:
- Period Sales reports on the Quantity Sold, Sales Inc $ or GP $ over a specified period of months, weeks or days in detailed or summary versions.
- The Orders History report gives you a list of stock that has been ordered using the Head Office Ordering System.
- The Who's Buying report lists customers and stock items purchased over the period specified.
- Compatible with MYOB RetailManager version 11 database.
- Compatible with Windows Vista and Windows 7.
- Sell Through reports on Quantities sold and received over a specified period and calculates the Sell Through % using one of three calculation types.
- Sell Through Financial Year To Date reports on Quantities sold and received for a specified month and the relative Financial Year To Date (FYTD).
- The Cashup Transactions report shows transactions grouped by cashup across some or all stores by the period selected.
- The Sales Demographic report lists custom answers for sales over the period specified.
Cooking
Cooking is a collection of tools and utilities for the MYOB RetailManager database. Customer e:Mailout allows you to create and send e-mails to your customer list. Mailout Export creates a mail out list of your customers. The Mass Delete tool deletes stock items, package codes and customers. The Data Editor allows you to easily edit a range of items and Price Rounding allows you to selectively round sell prices. The utilities include a Database Cloner which allows you to create a Complete or Partial Clone of your MYOB RetailManager database and a Password Reminder.
New features to version 2.1.16:
- The Complete Clone now allows you to merge your Recent, Archive and Offline effectively un-archiving your database.
